The brand-new building infrastructure of KOUVIDIS were completed in 2023 and received the Gold award for the company’s holistic approach of the management of the new industrial facilities that provide well-being to the employees and minimize the environmental footprint, whilst using top-notch technology at every aspect of the project.

KOUVIDIS received the Bronze award for the strategic path towards the elimination of its environmental footprint up to 2050. The new building facilities, the focus on more eco-friendly raw materials, the developments at packaging and the proper transportation management with the use of KLS KOUVIDIS Logistics contemporary fleet are some of the actions that have been taken until today for the drastic reduction of the company’s environmental footprint.

Made in Greece Awards 2022 - Branded Industrial Product
KOUVIDIS received the Gold award for the structured double wall conduits for underground electrical installations. This distinction ranked the conduits GEONFLEX® – GEOSUB® among the best branded industrial Greek products. This recognition was received at the same time KOUVIDIS celebrates 10 years of multi-layer pipes technology, since the overarching introduction of the conduit GEONFLEX® took place in 2012.
Made in Greece Awards 2022 - Innovative Industrial Product
The new 4-layer perforated drainage pipe GEODRAIN® PLUS with pre-installed geotextile was distinguished with the Silver award at the Made in Greece Awards 2022 in the “Innovative Industrial Product” category. Its comparative advantage is the integration of the geotextile during the production process, which offers up to 50% time and cost savings in installation. This is an innovative solution by a pure Greek manufacturer.

The innovative 3-layer conduit SUPERFLEX® PLUS received one more award within its 1,5 years of presence in the market. It received the Bronze award for the multiple innovations it embodies. One of the most impressing features was the anti-electromagnetic technology which is a pioneering innovation for plastic conduits for cable protection in Greece.

KOUVIDIS received one of the most important distinctions at the institution that promotes good practices of Greek manufacturers from various industries. KOUVIDIS was distinguished as WINNER in the category “Plastics”. This award ranked the company among the top manufacturing companies in Greece.
Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2021 - Sufficient Logistics
KOUVIDIS received the Bronze award at the Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2021 for the efficiency of the entire supply chain – from the production of the products to their distribution at the final point of sale. The recent foundation of KOUVIDIS 100% subsidiary company KLS KOUVIDIS Logistics played a catalytic role in this outcome. With KLS, KOUVIDIS has accomplished an almost totally verticalization in the supply chain, whilst maintaining a safe and sustainable distribution of its products.
Packaging Awards 2021 – Supply Chain Packaging
The new packaging for SUPERFLEX PLUS and DUROFLEX PLUS multi-layer conduits received the Silver award at the Packaging Awards 2021. The new packaging machinery development significantly reduces space on each point of the supply chain, while at the same time drastically reduces the final environmental footprint of the product.

KOUVIDIS achieved a new way of packaging, that was developed internally for the innovative multi-layer conduits SUPERFLEX PLUS and DUROFLEX PLUS. The new packaging machine was awarded with the Bronze award as it significantly improves the transport & storage of the products, while reducing the environmental footprint.
Made in Greece Awards 2019 – Innovative Industrial Product
Our new conduit DUROFLEX PLUS, is a pan European innovation, since it is the one and only double wall conduit in small diameters of 20mm, 25mm and 32mm. The 3-layer conduit destined for electrical installations in concrete embodies a plethora of innovations and received the Gold award at the category “Innovative Industrial Product”.
Made in Greece Awards 2019 – Branded Industrial Product
Our reputable conduit system CONDUR – CONFLEX was awarded with the “Branded Industrial Product” Silver Award in Made in Greece Awards 2019. The 35 years successful presence and the brand awareness of CONDUR – CONFLEX in the Greek and selected foreign electrical materials market were the main reasons that led to this honoring distinction.
Ermis Awards 2019
The design and functionality of the new KOUVIDIS website led to the Bronze award at Ermis Awards 2019. The website was designed and developed by our collaborator Mozaik. The elements that made the website stand out were, among others, the easy navigation, the quality of the information it provides and the freshness it exhibits.
Best Workplaces 2017
The internationally recognized competition Best Workplaces distinguished KOUVIDIS among 25 companies with the best working environment in Greece for 2017. KOUVIDIS is a second-generation family company, and this award is the culmination of everyone's dedication, consistency and trust of all the people working in the company.
EBGE 2012
The new ecological packaging of KOUVIDIS received a great distinction at national and international level after the awarding of the best design awards by EBGE (Greek Awards for Graphics & Illustration 2012). The new packaging design is still being used today.
EFQM
KOUVIDIS was honored with the EFQM "Committed to excellence" European Certification award from the Hellenic Business Management Association during the ceremony that celebrated 10 years of business excellence in Greece. The awarding ceremony was held at the Athens Concert Hall and included the awards of EFQM (European Foundation of Quality Management) Business Excellence Program Certificates.
